If you are a family member and have concerns about the welfare of an individual in custody at HMP Forest, please call and leave a voicemail for the Forest Bank Safer Custody Team: 0161 925 7000 (Ext 2183).

Please include the following information:
• The prisoners name, number and date of birth
• Details of your concern/s
• Your contact number

This extension is checked periodically during office hours 07:30-16:00 hrs Monday to Friday.

Out of hours

If you have an urgent safety concern (outside of the above hours), such as risk to life relating to a prisoner in custody at HMP Forest Bank, please call 0161 925 7000 and ask for communications, stating your urgent safety concern.

Mental and physical health concerns should be directed to the HMP Forest Bank healthcare provider: Spectrum CIC.
